Confidentiality and Privacy Information

Patients Health Records, Blood Test Results and X-ray Results are all kept confidential and staff memebers are unable to give out any personal information or results over the phone. We instead encourage the patients to come into the surgery to see Dr. Rowais and discuss their results and information in private.

To ensure confidentiality and privacy for patients staff are not permitted to release any health information via email.

Furthermore the surgery does not endorse any use of social media platforms in order to protect patient privacy.

Appointments

We encourage all patients to make an appointment to see Dr. Rowais as we are a busy surgery and making an appointment will minimise your waiting time. However, if it is an emergency, you will be seen by Dr. Rowais regardless of whether you have an appointment or not.
