LONG CONSULTATIONS
Please advise the receptionist at the time of making the appointment if a long consultation is required.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER
Please advise receptionist of any changes.
HOME VISITS
These are usually scheduled before and after Surgery Hours. Emergencies are attended to immediately. We ask you to limit requests for Home Visits to occasions when you are really unable to attend the surgery Queanbeyan Council provides a transport service, at minimal cost for disabled and .frail patients to attend doctor\'s appointments. FEES AND BILLING
Full payment is required at the time of consultation, Facilities for payment by cash, cheque, Bankcard/MasterCard/Visa card and Eftpos are available. All health card holders and some pensioners are required to pay a fee for medical services. A Medicare rebate is generally available for medical services.
