Our primary concern is to deliver the highest quality Medical and Allied Health Services care to patients and clients, in line with best practice guidelines and evidence based medicine. Our patients and their children have been seeing our Doctors for up to 40 years and come from all over Melbourne for continuity and complete individual attention.
MULTI - DISCIPLINE PRACTICE
We are a multi-discipline practice striving to offer the advantage of intra practice referrals which aim to provide patients and clients the benefit of a holistic, team approach to their health and well being, as well as the convenience of "under one roof". Our Doctors and Allied Health Practitioners talk to each other about individual patients and clients.
INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION - TIME TO LISTEN
As a smaller family practice we take time to listen and to then customize our service to each individual. We aim to give treatment totally appropriate to each person's need.
PROFESSIONAL COURTESY
We do our utmost to receive and treat patients in a courteous, caring supportive and friendly atmosphere, and to make your visit as comfortable and positive an experience as possible.
CONSULTATION OPTIONS
Please let us know if your would like us to book a longer appointment for you. You are welcome to have someone else with you during your consultation - your family or friend or our receptionist if you prefer. Please let us know in advance if you prefer a lady Doctor or if you need the services of an interpreter. We are happy to ring you to remind you of an upcoming appointment. We very much appreciate notice if you will be unable to attend your appointment.

DRUGS OF ADDICTION
Drugs of addiction WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED TO NEW PATIENTS. Counselling and appropriate referral is always available.

It is our strict Policy and Procedure to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your medical records and personal information at all times in line with Privacy Legislation.
