By telephoning 07 3211 3611 or visiting the practice you can make an appointment. We endeavour to keep appointment times, however emergencies can disrupt scheduling. You may call prior to your appointment time to confirm whether there is a delay.
HOUSE CALLS
House calls are available within the CBD & city fringe 24 hours a day for emergencies by calling our deputising agent, Family Care Medical Service, on 07 3831 9999.
OUTSIDE SURGERY HOURS
When our practice is closed, our answering machine can advise patients of the closest 24 hour surgery which is open.
RESULTS
Results are of a confidential doctor-patient relationship, and as such we generally do not give out results of blood tests, etc over the telephone. If it is of a personal or sensitive nature we recommend patients make an appointment to discuss it with the doctor.

The practice also employs Japanese & Korean interpreters, and utilises TIS (Telephone Interpreting Service) for patients of other nationalities that may require interpreting assistance.
Complete Travel Health & Vaccination service with all necessary vaccinations (including Yellow Fever & JapB encephalitis), medications, travel accessories and travel books, as well as comprehensive first aid travel kits for the general or corporate traveller are also readily available. Within the same consultation our travel doctor can provide you with all vaccinations you may require and other useful advice on the area you are travelling to.
In the near future the practice will also provide other therapists, such as naturopaths, psychologists. Stay tuned for further developments...',
