A GP in Fremantle since 1981. Dr Sands has Diplomas in Pediatrics and Obstetrics and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He provides full obstetric care and is interested in Pediatrics. He also prefers not to reer patients for terminatons.
