For emergency medical problems after hours, please call 9399 3344 for the Cooperative Sydney Medical Services.
Repeat Scripts
In order to monitor your health and fulfil our ethical and legal responsibilities, we require that you attend your doctor in order to receive further prescriptions for your medications.
Sickness Certificates
Strict legal and ethical restrictions are imposed on doctors in supplying certificates for patients to give to employers as an explanation for absence from the workplace. A certificate may only be issued after a patient has been examined by the doctor. It may not be issued in response to a telephone call by a patient or by somebody else calling on the patient\'s behalf. In no circumstances are we allowed to backdate a certificate or write one in advance. We will make every attempt to assist patients in all cases, but the rules must be observed.
Phone Calls
The doctor may be contacted by phone during surgery hours. A message will be taken if the doctor is with another patient and your call will returned when the doctor is available.
