If the matter requires further discussion you will be forwarded to the Registered Nurse on duty for further assessment, liaising with medical staff if required.
Depending on prior arrangement with your Doctor a phone discussion may be possible. Please be aware that during a consultation your Doctor may not be available to speak to you by phone. Our reception staff will take a message to be given to the Doctor concerned and they will return your call at their earliest convenience.
