All patients information, including health and financial details, is treated as private and confidential in our clinic. If you would like more information about privacy, or how to access your health record, please ask your doctor or see reception.

Pathology Results
Most of the pathology and radiology results will be available within 1 week. Please make an appointment with the doctor to get the results. No results will be given over the phone. It is definitely NOT "a no news is good news" policy. For grossly abnormal results, we will contact you to return urgently. It is important to let us know your current address and contact phone number.
