The Pelvic Continence Unit offers help to women of all ages with continence problems. It is located on campus at the modern Latrobe University Medical Centre, with a branch in East Melbourne.
Full investigation with modern ultrasound and urodynamic equipment.
Assessment by qualified Continence Nurses and Physiotherapists and Gynaecologists.
Many women are reticent to seek help with their problem which affects 30% of women who have had children. Fortunately most of these women can be effectively treated by various new surgical measures ensuring their relief of symptoms and return to normal lifestyle.
