Newtown Specialist Eye Centre

Established since 1984, and now located in the RPAH medical centre, this is the longest running private medical and surgical eye practice in the Newtown area. Principal, Dr Con Retsas has been joined in 2000 by Dr Simon Liew.
We deal with all fields of eye health and disease with special interests in non refractive laser, cataract, diabetic, vitreoretinal and corneal diseases.
We aim to offer excellence in our work by keeping ourselves up to date on the latest technology and strive to keep all our patients well informed of their options.
Our friendly receptionists have been with us for 12 years and along with Dr Retsas, are fluent in Greek while Dr Liew is fluent in Cantonese.
