Home Visits

All doctors do routine and emergency home visits. A co-payment of $10.00 is applicable for home visits. Please contact the surgery as early as possible in the day if a home visit is required. The doctors are actively involved in local hospitals and nursing homes.

Repeat Prescriptions

These are available with your doctor's approval and may be arranged by telephoning the receptionist or calling in to the clinic.

Telephoning your doctor

The doctors will take phone calls relating to you or your family's health. If they are seeing patients when you telephone, they may on Occasions, need to call you back. If enquiring for the result of an investigation please let the receptionist know so that the results can be given to the Doctor prior to him/her speaking to you.

Reminder/Recall Systems

Patients are registered for reminders for preventive activities.
