Failure to attend a consultation without 24 hours notice or extenuating circumstances will incur a fee.

Prescriptions without a consultation


</b>





Prescriptions may be written without a consutlation for some medications.  A fee of $5.00 will be charged.  Stimulant medication for ADHD will ONLY be prescribed as part of a consultation.
