DR STESIN GRADUATED FROM MONASH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL SCHOOL IN 1984, HE HAS A MEDICAL DEGREE, MASTERS DEGREE IN OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE HEALTH AND SAFETY  AND GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN AVIATION MEDICINE. HE HAS 25 YEARS OF GENERAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE. HE IS A FELLOW OR ROYAL AUSTRALIAN COLLEGE OF GENERAL PRACTITIONERS.
