Barwon Medical Centre is a medical practice in the rural border town of Mungindi.
The practice was set up in 2011 by a Dutch-Australian doctor Nadine Goodman-Nadall who is married to a local farmer. It has been GPA accredited twice since then, and in February 2015 it moved to a new building at 109 Walker Street. It was extended early 2017 and now features 3 consulting rooms, a treatment room and a Telehealth and audiology testing room.
In addition to normal consultations for a wide range of health issues, Barwon Medical Centre offers Telehealth consultations, Closing the gap registration, skin checks, skin excisions, Q fever immunisation, childhood immunisation, home visits, hospital admissions and much more.
