Policy

Confidentiality This practice is committed to providing comprehensive general practice care to all individuals and families in this community. All patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential. Staff are committed to maintaining patient confidentiality. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

Home Visits If you are too sick to come to the surgery and live in the local area, we can visit you at home. In the event that our regular doctors are unable to see you promptly, we will organise for a locum to visit you and to report back to us.

After Hours Services If you are in need of medical attention you can call our surgery phone number at any time. If there are no doctors in attendance a telephone answering machine will inform you how to arrange medical attention.

OPENING HOURS

Monday – Friday, 8am to 7pm Saturday 9am to 1pm

MAKING APPOINTMENTS

We run an appointment system whereby appointments are normally made at fifteen minute intervals. However, if you have an urgent medical problem this will be dealt with promptly. Longer visits can be arranged upon request.
